HELP BUILD THE 2ND ANNUAL MAPLE LEAF FLEET CHARITY AUCTION
We are currently gathering donated items and contributions for the November–December 2026 charity auction supporting Last Chance Produce, community relief and Fleet outreach.

What We Need From Donors
- Your name or organization name
- A description of the item or contribution
- Condition and any important limitations
- Approximate value, if known
- Photographs, if available
- Any pickup, delivery or redemption conditions
How the Donation Process Works

ContactTell Fleet Command about the item or contribution.02
ReviewFleet Command reviews the proposed donation.03
PrepareAccepted items are documented and photographed.04
ReleaseThe lot remains private until released to bidders.05
CompleteThe result is recorded and the winning bidder is contacted.
Important: Submitting an item does not guarantee that it will be accepted or listed. Every proposed donation is reviewed by Fleet Command before it becomes an auction lot.
Donation Guidelines
Please provide as much information as possible when contacting us. Clear photographs, accurate descriptions and any conditions attached to a donated service or certificate help Fleet Command prepare an accurate auction listing.
Once accepted, the donation will remain private while the lot is prepared. Nothing is published to the auction floor until Fleet Command intentionally releases it.

The Maple Leaf Fleet's charity auction is part of its community fundraising and outreach efforts supporting Last Chance Produce, community relief and Fleet outreach.
The auction is being built now so that donated items can be properly documented and presented before bidding begins.
